Equipment built by people who read drawings
Qingdao Allwin Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is a pulp and paper equipment manufacturer in Qingdao, Shandong. We build complete stock preparation lines and individual machine components — most of them to a customer drawing rather than a catalogue number.
A paper machine is not a catalogue item
Machines run for twenty or thirty years and get modified along the way. Original drawings go missing, parts get replaced with whatever was available, and the manual no longer matches what is actually installed.
That is the gap we work in. Send a drawing, a photo with a tape measure in it, or the worn part itself. We measure, re-draw, and confirm before any metal is cut.
Precision machining
CNC turning, milling and boring for components held to drawing tolerances.
Dynamic balancing
Rolls and rotors balanced on computerised equipment before assembly.
Pre-assembly testing
Sub-assemblies built, aligned and run before they are crated.
Export packing
Crating designed for sea freight, with the documentation that goes with it.
Three steps from enquiry to shipment
Specification
You send a drawing, a sample, or a description of the duty. We confirm what is missing rather than guessing at it.
Drawing approval
We re-draw the part or equipment and send it for your sign-off before production starts.
Build and ship
Machining, balancing, pre-assembly test, export crating, and sea freight from Qingdao port.
Why Qingdao
Qingdao is one of northern China's main ports and a long-established base for paper machinery manufacturing. For buyers, that means direct sea freight to Southeast Asia, the Russian Far East and Europe without inland transport at either end — and access to a supply chain of castings, forgings and specialist machining that a single factory cannot hold on its own.
Send us your specification
Drawing, capacity, or just the problem you are trying to solve — we quote from that, not from a catalogue.
